Full‑time, permanent, on‑site

Hourly pay $27.00–$30.00 per hour. Weekly schedule Monday‑Friday 6:00 am‑2:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
• Aptitude to investigate and problem‑solve mechanical issues

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors
• Maintain inventory controls for cost‑effective operations
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance procedures
• Ensure safety standards comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
• Operate equipment as required and obtain necessary certifications
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
