This position has a pay range of $15.20 to $20.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• A Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• B Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• C Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Must be a self-starter and able to work unsupervised at times.
• Able to use a multimeter to check circuits.
• Perform mechanical repairs.
• Work with power tools and have some carpentry and plumbing skills.
• Assist other Maintenance Helpers and Technicians.
• Maintain the building inside and out.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.li>
• Troubleshoot a variety of tasks.
• Work in a safe manner by complying with all company safety policies and utilizing required PPE.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in performance and method with regard to efficiency and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No previous experience necessary.
• Must be PIT certified on all PIT equipment.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate basic hand tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work at heights.
