AREA SERVICE ENGINEER for East Poland

Our strong focus to increase our market share in Poland and to develop further our local sales and service entity creates an opening for an Area Service Engineer for East Poland.

• Professional technical support of our dealer network
• Assume responsibility for service calls and the administration of warranties
• Organize and perform individual demonstrations
• Support the sales team with field days, trade fairs and other sales promotion activities to systematically establish the LEMKEN brand in the area
• Organize and perform trainings to our dealers and farmers
• Support the spare parts distribution as well as train our dealers as to spare parts management
• Recognize market and innovation trends and work closely with marketing, product management and R&D located at the headquarters in Germany

• Several years of experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position within the agricultural industry
• Interest and strong knowledge in the farming environment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs in Poland or Germany
