: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude so customers have a great experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to the company’s Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow proper forklift spotting procedures, and manage hazardous materials handling and disposal.
- Keep chemical and supplies levels appropriate, rotate chemicals, and place orders when supplies are low.
- Work in physically demanding environments and endure continual shifting shifts.
- Maintain a positive attitude and achieve member satisfaction as a top priority.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical ability to stand and work on feet for entire shift.
- Previous custodial or facilities maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and chemical handling.
