We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Project Coordinator

This role will focus on coordinating supply chain logistics topics, ensuring smooth planning operations, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong planning expertise with project coordination capabilities and hands‑on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response
.

• Coordinate and support supply chain logistics and planning initiatives
• Act as backup and operational support for the Planning Team
• Work hands‑on with Kinaxis Rapid Response (advanced planning tool)
• Align planning activities across functions and stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely follow‑ups
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes

• Strong background in Supply Chain Planning / Logistics Planning
• Proven hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Experience in project coordination within supply chain environments
• Fluent in German (mandatory)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in international supply chain environments
• Experience in S&OP / IBP processes
• Rate based on rate card and candidate location
