TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defence through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions are designed to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, track components, and solve logistical challenges, being the local anchor for our international supply chain.

Who you are
  • Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience inlogisticsor supply chain, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • A proven track recordin setting up or scalinglogisticsprocesses
  • Solidknowledgeofdomesticand internationalshipping,includingcustomsproceduresandIncoterms
  • A strongunderstandingofshippingoperations,warehousing, andinventorymanagement
  • Hands-on,process-drivenmindsetwithstrongattentiontodetail
  • Experience with logistics software,ERP systems, or inventory management toolsisa plus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-endlogisticsprocesses
  • Develop and maintain

    SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for alllogisticsand material handling activities
  • Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation
  • Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation
  • Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications
  • Maintainaccurateinventory records and oversee regular stock checks
  • Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, andlogisticspartners, both domestic and international
  • Ensure customsrequirementsare being processed for material transfers outside Germany
  • Manage logistic operations suppliers as required
