Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now’s your chance, Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically General Managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multi‑task.

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone).
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza grooming standards.

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority, and we want to ensure anyone we put on the road is safe.
• Access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A great role model – an employee that everyone will look to, from showing up on time to maintaining a great attitude toward customers and coworkers and keeping a high standard of dress.
• Stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Your schedule is flexible, but you must be willing to work when the team needs you most.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
