Maybe it’s time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well, now’s your chance. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically, General Managers. It’s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need judgment, math and the ability to multi‑task.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A great role model – you’re the person everyone will look to.
• The stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. You must be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
• At least 18 years old.
• Operational skills:
  Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communication skills:
  Comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Essential functions/skills:
  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination to make precise movements; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above; exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Talking, hearing on the telephone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces are required.

Physical requirements include standing, walking on various surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, and performing repetitive tasks. Short distances for short durations on the floor; paperwork is usually completed at a desk or table; bulk product deliveries are handled by the team using a hand truck; cases may weigh up to 50 pounds and are stacked up to 72 high.
