- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare summaries and recommendations for attorney review
- Review, draft, and edit contracts, NDAs, and other legal agreements
- Manage legal intake processes and ensure accurate setup in the legal matter management system
- Draft and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, and subsidiary documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent;
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred - Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis Nexis)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Certified Paralegal designation
- Experience supporting corporate legal functions in the property & casualty insurance industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with legal systems such as Legal Tracker and Share Point
