The Law Office of Yohana Saucedo, with offices in Austin and Laredo, is looking for a Spanish-speaking Immigration Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid or 100% remote role. (You must be available to attend court in San Antonio and potentially Laredo.)
In this role, you will focus on family-based cases, deportation defense, and humanitarian relief as well as some business immigration alongside a small team. The firm’s close-knit culture encourages open communication, mutual support, and shared success.
Responsibilities- Manage family-based cases, deportation defense, humanitarian relief, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, I-130s, AOS, consular processing, and waivers, as well as possibility of some business immigration.
- Attend USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and bond proceedings.
- Manage consultations and client communications and supervise team members.
- Fluency/professional proficiency in Spanish is required.
- J.D. and licensed to practice in any U.S. state (preferably Texas).
- Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).
- Salary Range: $120K/year to $150K/year, depending on experience and demonstrated value, plus bonus structure based on hitting KPIs in business development.
- Work Location:
Hybrid role in Austin or Laredo or 100% remote. Must be able to attend court dates in San Antonio and potentially Laredo. - Benefits:

40-50 hours/week (not the 60-80 some firms demand) with emphasis on work-life balance. - Start Date:

Experience with INS Zoom and Excel and/or Google Docs a plus.
