Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Work hours:

Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Overtime required including Saturday.

Motivate and direct a team to complete customer orders efficiently.

• Assist in organization of table workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Aid in continuous improvement within workflow in processing department.
• Ensure consistent flow of work to processors without interruption.
• Assure each processor achieves company expectations regarding quantity and quality.
• Provide necessary tools for the table to complete orders.
• Address personnel issues and communicate to Floor Supervisor any issues affecting shipping.
• Check all products before shipping for quality assurance.
• Teach employees (new and current) processing techniques.

• Motivate positively.
• Detail oriented.
• Organized, able to file alphabetically.
• Work independently and lead diverse group.
• Basic computer skills:
  Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Ability to read and interpret policy and operating manuals.
• Strong communication skills; excellent follow-up and follow-through.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year in an office or manufacturing setting leading a team of 4‑6 employees.

• Walk or stand for duration of shift.
• Occasionally bend, twist, stoop.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work hours may vary to meet customer demand.
