This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Insurance Agent role located in Westerville, OH. The Licensed Insurance Agent will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, analyzing insurance options, assisting clients with applications, and managing policy renewals. The role requires building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance products
• Experience in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and knowledge of various insurance policies and regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional client support
• Understanding of Finance and the ability to explain costs and benefits effectively
• Active insurance license in the relevant state (Ohio for this role)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
