• Preparation of premium allocations and internal invoices
• Regular review of insurance contracts, compilation of statistics, and preparation of decision-making documents for the executive board
• Negotiation of brokerage agreements and associated fee agreements
• Contact person for all subsidiaries for insurance-related issues (including claims settlement)

• Completed vocational training as an insurance broker (m/f/d) with further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
• Relevant professional experience in the insurance department of an international industrial company
• Very good knowledge of financial lines and/or property insurance
• Very proficient in handling common MS Office applications
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
