We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Social
, who will join our Growth & Performance team and play a key role in planning, executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives working with data, driving measurable impact and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best‑in‑class campaign performance.
- Develop cross-channel strategies as part of Shopfully’s Offers Unlimited approach, combining social media with our own performance channels like the Shopper Network.
- Plan, execute and optimize Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Take ownership of your campaigns and selected client projects from planning to reporting.
- Monitor campaign KPIs
, analyze performance and continuously optimize based on data. - Set up and run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build targeting and segmentation strategies to reach relevant customer audiences.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights and present results together with the sales team to selected clients.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in social advertising.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Product/Design to deliver successful campaigns for our clients.
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Social marketing (agency or digital environment preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest or similar platforms.
- A data-driven mindset and passion for optimizing campaigns through KPIs.
- The ability to think strategically across channels
, not just within individual platforms. - Experience creating clear and insightful performance reports.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach — you take ownership and get things done.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with teams, clients and partners.
- Business fluent English and native-level German.
