We are seeking a curious and driven AIESEC intern to support our expanding efforts in experimenting with Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Sales domain and to help champion the adoption of AI across various business functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, explore the practical applications of AI in sales, and support initiatives that bring AI to the forefront of our organizational strategy.

You will work closely with the Global Sales Development team and Mandkhai Lkhagvasuren to drive our AI agenda forward that will ultimately impact our Global Sales organization with 7,500 people globally.

AI Tool & Application Research:
Conduct research on emerging AI tools, platforms, and applications specifically relevant to enhancing sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Sales AI Experimentation Support:
Assist the Global Sales Development team in designing, setting up, and executing small‑scale experiments and pilot programs for new AI‑driven sales solutions.

AI Initiative Coordination & Preparation:
Support the preparation and coordination of internal meetings, workshops, or forums aimed at discussing and promoting AI applications within Sales and other relevant functions.

AI Project Documentation & Tracking:
Assist in documenting the progress, findings, and key learnings from AI experiments and initiatives, including tracking action items from related discussions.

Backup & Continuity Support:
Serve as a reliable backup for [Your Name] on pre‑defined routine AI‑related administrative tasks to ensure continuity during periods of absence.
