- Implementierung und Customizing von Service Now-Komponenten (Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, ITSM / ITOM)
- Einrichtung und Konfiguration des Service Now-Datenquellen-Plugins in Grafana
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Grafana-Dashboards
- Automatisierte Alerts aus Grafana zu Service Now
- Integration von Service Now-Daten in Grafana Dashboards
- Entwicklung einer Bidirektionaleintegration zwischen Grafana und Service Now.
- Mehrjährige
Erfahrung:
Service Now + Grafana - Fundierte Erfahrung in REST-Architekturen und API-Design
- Sprache:
Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch Verhandlungssicher
