Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich
- Bearbeitung von Tickets im 1st/2nd-Level.
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung
- Endpoint-Management mit Microsoft Intune.
- Administration der Windows-Server-Umgebung.
- Arbeitsplatz-Lifecycle:
Onboarding/Offboarding, Gerätebereitstellung, Standardsoftware, Hardware-Tausch, Dokumentation. - Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft, Standards und Betriebsabläufe.
- Mitarbeit an der Standardisierung und Automatisierung.
- Ausbildung Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.
B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Erfahrung Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Intune.
- Kenntnisse Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Entra e Kenntnisse in Windows Server/Active Directory und grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken.
- Soft Skills Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Lust, Standards und Dokumentation wirklich umzusetzen. Kommunikationsstärke und Service-Mindset im Umgang mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern.
