Data Analyst

JOOLA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and enterprise system optimization across the organization. This role combines advanced analytics, business intelligence, and Net Suite ERP administration to drive operational excellence across departments including manufacturing, inventory, sales, and finance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, has strong technical expertise, and can translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic growth.

• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using Excel, Tableau, R, Python, and other business intelligence tools.
• Partner with product owners, managers, and stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and improve operational performance.
• Participate in executive-level briefings, data presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Net Suite ERP system to support business operations across manufacturing, inventory, sales, and finance.
• Configure and customize Net Suite modules, including manufacturing, inventory, sales orders, and finance.
• Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and develop user-friendly documentation to drive system adoption.
• Perform regular data audits and system clean-ups to maintain data integrity and optimal performance.
• Manage CSV imports and data migration tasks to ensure accurate system data entry.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects by managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, manufacturing, and other departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
