For an active transformation project, we are seeking a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong experience in migration initiatives from ERP BAAN environments to SAP S/4

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in highly customized BAAN systems and has successfully supported complex system transitions to modern SAP landscapes. This role requires both strategic insight and hands‑on capability to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process.

• Lead and support migration projects from ERP BAAN to SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Analyse and document highly customized BAAN system landscapes
• Design migration strategies, including data, process, and functional transitions
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities during migration
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for S/4
  
  HANA implementation
• Support testing, validation, and go‑live activities
• Participate in onsite workshops in Germany when required

• Extensive experience with ERP BAAN systems
• Proven track record in migration projects to SAP S/4

• Strong background in working with highly customized BAAN environments
• Deep understanding of ERP transformation methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness and availability for partial onsite work in Germany
• Long-term availability with full‑time or high‑capacity commitment
