The team you’ll be joining

At Doctolib, the Performance Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, converting, activating & engaging Healthcare Professionals
, while reaching the best ROI. We’re a team of 20 highly motivated people in charge of CRM, Paid Acquisition, SEO, Analytics and the websites for B2B at Doctolib.

What you'll do

As a Senior SEO & GEO Manager, you'll own the organic search strategy for Doctolib B2B in France, with a mission to build a high-performing, future-proof SEO foundation that drives visibility and conversions across the entire funnel. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy (technical, content, brand authority) while pioneering our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) approach to adapt to the evolving search landscape.

Working closely with the Performance Marketing team (Analytics, CRM, Paid, Website), as well as Brand & Content, PR, Community, you will have a pivotal impact on increasing organic traffic quality, improving conversion rates, and maximizing the ROI of our organic acquisition efforts.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for Doctolib B2B France covering technical SEO, content optimization, and brand authority across the entire funnel (awareness to conversion)
  • Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and search intent mapping to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Develop a roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives
2. Technical SEO Excellence
  • Take ownership of technical SEO fundamentals and ensure the B2B website maintains exceptional performance (site architecture, crawlability, indexability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization)
  • Conduct regular technical audits and work closely with the website team to implement improvements
  • Define and execute a robust content strategy aligned with SEO objectives, working closely with Brand & Content, PR, and Community teams
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities across the funnel and create a content roadmap that drives both traffic and conversions
  • Integrate AI-enhanced content creation workflows, leveraging AI tools intelligently to scale content production while maintaining quality and SEO best practices
  • Ensure content is optimized for both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms (GEO)
4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
  • Improve SEO/GEO tracking capabilities in collaboration with the Analytics team to ensure accurate measurement of organic performance
  • Build and maintain comprehensive SEO dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Evaluate and enhance the technical stack for SEO/GEO monitoring and optimization
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
  • Build strong relationships with B2C SEO and B2B Germany SEO teams to share best practices and leverage synergies
  • Collaborate with Communications, Customer Care, CRM, and Paid Acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging and identify cross-channel opportunities

You could be our next team mate if:
  • You are fluent in French and English;
    German/Italian as a plus
  • You have 5+ years of experience in SEO (in-house or in consulting), with a proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions for B2B, SaaS ideally
  • You have strong expertise in strategic & content SEO and can independently conduct audits, identify issues, and provide technical recommendations to development teams
  • You have deep knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, link building, and brand authority development
  • You are familiar with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and understand how to optimize for AI-powered search engines and LLMs, or have a strong willingness to pioneer in this emerging field
