PMO Consultant – Tech Governance & Q Reporting (Freelance)
Location: Remote / 1 day per month onsite in Essen
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 Months + Extension
OverviewWe are looking for an experienced PMO Consultant to support the implementation of a new technology governance and reporting framework within a centralized retail technology organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement governance structures across regions
- Support CDO Circle and governance forums
- Maintain timelines, risk logs, trackers, and action plans
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting
Develop and structure Q reporting frameworks - Create and validate Power BI dashboards
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Proven PMO experience within governance or transformation programmes
- Experience in demand management
- Strong executive reporting and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English
