Location: Germany
Für eine Pr ojekt suchen wir einen IT Konfigurationsmanager im ITIL-Umfeld (w/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben sind:- Aufbau und Administration einer Konfigurationsmanagement-Datenbank (CMDB) gemäß ITIL
- Einrichtung des Konfigurationsmanagements inklusive Produktbibliothek und Berechtigungskonzept
- Initialisierung und Pflege von Produkten sowie Produktkonfigurationen
- Analyse von IT-Monitoring und Prozess-Performance sowie Definition von KPI
- Erstellung von Konzepten und Spezifikationen im Bereich Konfigurationsmanagement
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Systemen, Prozessen und Dokumentationen
- Selbstständige Durchführung fachlicher Aufgaben und Leitung interner Projekte
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung in der jeweiligen Fachdisziplin
- ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management nach ITIL-Standard
- Berufserfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement (nach Studium 2 Jahre / nach Ausbildung 5 Jahre)
- Kenntnisse in Datenbankmodellierung (z.
B. SQL) - Erfahrung in der Erstellung fachlicher Konzepte
- Deutsch C1 und Englisch B1 (nach CEFR)
- Reisebereitschaft sowie 60–80 % Homeoffice-Anteil

Lahnstein / 60- 80% Remote
Dauer:18 Monate
