What You’ll Do

* Lead and deliver technology projects (firewalls, networks, servers, VoIP, WiFi deployments, and more) from start to finish.

* Partner with sales to scope, design, and implement client solutions.

* Be the
* face of onboarding
* for new clients—ensuring a smooth transition.

* Serve as an
* escalation resource
* for advanced networking and system issues.

* Ensure every project is
* fully documented
* and handed off cleanly to the support team.

* Continue growing through certifications, training, and real-world experience.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in
* network engineering, system administration, or IT project delivery*.

* Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (Network+ or equivalent required).

* Ability to take ownership of projects, from planning to implementation.
