Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with experience in Windows administration, networking, and Bit Bar to support enterprise systems and test environments.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer Windows OS and Windows Server
- Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and user access
- Support Bit Bar testing environments
- Work with QA and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Windows administration and support experience
- Basic to strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Bit Bar
- Troubleshooting and support skills
