We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to support multiple clients in optimizing their supply chain operations through the Infor M3 ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Infor M3 modules related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management and will work closely with stakeholders to implement, configure, and enhance system functionalities.

• Lead Infor M3 Supply Chain functional implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to configure Infor M3 modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide functional expertise in Procurement, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment, and Inventory Management within Infor M3.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive seamless integration and process optimization.
• Design and implement solutions for demand planning, supply chain visibility, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support for ongoing system enhancements.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives within supply chain processes.

• 5+ years of experience as an Infor M3 Functional Consultant, specializing in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
• Strong expertise in configuring and implementing Infor M3 modules such as:
  • M3 Procurement & Order Management (POM)
  • M3 Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • M3 Distribution & Supply Chain Planning
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, solution design, and system optimization.
• Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• For Germany Role:
  Fluency in German is required.
• For USA Role:
  Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

• Prior experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries.
• Experience with Infor M3 Cloud Suite implementation.
• Knowledge of M3 APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
