Your place of work:

These are your tasks:

• Client and device operation: Operation, support (1st and 2nd level), and lifecycle management of clients (Windows, macOS, iOS) and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, POS systems), including planning and procurement of hardware and software.
• Microsoft 365 administration: Management and further development of the M365 environment (Office, SharePoint, Entra ), including user and license management.
• Modern Workplace Management: Device, policy, and security management via Microsoft Intune, as well as client deployment automation via Windows Autopilot and Autopatch.
• IT security and compliance: Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance requirements in the modern workplace environment.
• Project work and documentation: Active participation in IT projects in the modern workplace area and the creation of system documentation.

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or training in the IT field.
• You have professional experience in the above-mentioned activities.
• You have an independent, conceptual, and solution-oriented approach to your work.
• You are highly customer- and service-oriented and have high quality standards.
