We are seeking a highly specialized Technical-Functional Consultant for a client project supporting a critical structural transformation within their Product and Material Testing team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (specifically Microsoft Power Apps and Airtable) combined with functional understanding of product testing processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of existing applications, drive process improvements, and enable the broader team through knowledge transfer.

This is not a pure development role. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and functional business requirements, taking end-to-end ownership of low-code/no-code solutions that support product assignment and material testing workflows. Your work will directly impact team efficiency and enable scalable processes as the organization evolves.

• Own and further develop the existing Microsoft Power App used by the testing team
• Design, build, and deploy scalable low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Airtable
• Implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency
• Integrate applications with existing systems and data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel, external APIs)
• Ensure applications are maintainable, scalable, and follow best practices for security and performance
• Manage and structure the Product Assignment with Testing process end-to-end
• Support broader structural changes in material testing operations
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications
• Document processes, create user guides, and maintain technical documentation
• Create synergies within the team and foster collaboration across functions
• Train and ramp up other consultants on Power Apps and Airtable platforms
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for low-code applications
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable team members to maintain and enhance solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the broader chapter

• Hands-on experience with MS Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Experience building and scaling solutions with Airtable
• Strong proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, and data modeling
• Experience with integrations and APIs (REST, third-party connectors)
• Software development background is a strong plus
• 3-5+ years in technical consulting or implementation roles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with Product and Material Testing workflows (not UAT) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile or iterative environments
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Out Systems)
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud integrations
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to train and mentor consultants and team members
• Self-driven, able to work independently while staying aligned with the team
• Strong documentation skills (technical specs, user guides, process docs)
