A boutique Service Now partner is looking to add a Service Now Developer to their growing delivery team in Germany. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and consultants on end-to-end Service Now implementations, rather than being siloed in a large enterprise setup.
The roleYou’ll be involved across the full delivery lifecycle, including:
- Developing and customising Service Now solutions with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
- Building workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Supporting implementations, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimisation
- Working directly with consultants and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contributing to best practices and platform standards within a close-knit team
- 2–3 years’ hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Strong background in Service Now ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience working with ITOM modules (e.g. Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Experience working with Service Now partners or customer‑facing projects is a plus
- Work for a specialist, boutique Service Now partner with high‑quality projects
- Real exposure to end‑to‑end implementations
- Flat structure, close collaboration, and strong technical mentorship
- Long‑term growth towards Senior Developer / Technical Consultant
