The Opportunity

This is a role for a consultant-level seller who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and deep-tech infrastructure.

The Mission

You will own the full lifecycle of high-stakes, multi-stakeholder engagements. This isn’t high-volume outreach; it’s architecting long-term partnerships with the DAX 40 and large-scale industrials.

  • Strategic Growth: Lead complex sales cycles for bespoke AI and Quantum solutions, managing deals from discovery to €multi-million closures.
  • C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to CXOs, translating abstract technical capabilities into tangible competitive advantages and ROI.
  • GTM Leadership: Execute regional strategies to activate new opportunities in AI infrastructure and industry-specific use cases.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate with our world-class research and engineering teams to co-create tailored transformation roadmaps for your clients.
Who You Are

You are a sophisticated deal-maker with a "challenger" mindset. You understand the nuances of the German corporate landscape and know how to navigate the technical and political complexities of a €5M+ tender.

  • Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, or Management Consulting within the tech sector.
  • Track Record: A proven history of closing complex, bespoke deals (typically €500k – €5M+) within the German market.
  • Tech Literacy: While you don’t need to be a physicist, you must be comfortable discussing AI, LLM infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English are essential.
  • Network: An established "rolodex" within German Finance, Energy, Manufacturing, or Telecom sectors is highly preferred.
