Location:

Toronto, ON, Canada – 3 days onsite, full-time.
Role:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Senior Designer.

• Lead SFMC Engagement and Account Engagement (Pardot) architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder.
• Design cross-cloud integrations between Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
• Build personalized, dynamic, and automated campaigns.
• Develop complex SQL queries, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS.
• Manage Pardot forms, landing pages, scoring, and grading.
• Ensure data synchronization, deduplication, and hygiene.
• Mentor junior developers/admins and oversee sprint planning, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL.
