The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex, high-impact projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising value delivery. The role involves managing multiple cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and driving successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Agile projects across various teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with financial objectives.
• Track and report on project costs, variances, and financial performance metrics.

• Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Support cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and remove blockers to success.
• Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Managers to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

• Analyse project performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve Agile delivery.
• Drive initiatives for organisational Agile transformation and champion process optimisation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• 5–8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery.
• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
