To strengthen our Consulting team, we are currently looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant (m/f/d).

A Senior SAP SD Consultant (m/f/d) at HICRON acts as an expert in the implementation and optimization of projects within the SAP SD module. They are responsible for analyzing advanced business processes, designing solutions and providing technological consulting, as well as actively supporting the client during the go‑live phase of a new solution, conducting presentations and trainings in the dedicated area, and participating in the development of HICRON’s proprietary solutions.

They support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Leading key activities in implementation and development projects within the SAP SD module for customers in a DACH region
• Designing and implementing advanced solutions in the SAP system
• Providing technological consulting as well as analyzing and optimizing clients’ business processes
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge
• Opportunities for growth in modern technologies such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP BTP

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects in the SAP SD area for external clients
• Fluent command of German (C2) and English (C1), both spoken and written
• Knowledge of advanced business processes and SAP system configuration
• Higher education (preferably in economics, technical, or logistics fields)
• Experience working with international clients
• Motivation for intensive professional development in the SAP area
• Independence and a strong sense of responsibility for work quality and client relations
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders and clients to achieve project goals
• Openness to business travel, which may occur as part of projects (at least 10–20% of the time)
• Category B driving license

• Experience in migration projects to SAP S/4
