Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Solution Architect – 100% Remote (German residency required)

With international projects and enterprise-level clients, they deliver complex CRM and Power Platform solutions that enable digital transformation across industries.
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution design, guide clients through complex implementations, and shape CRM architectures that are scalable, integrated, and future-proof. Your Responsibilities- Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM projects, from scoping and requirements definition through to design, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Define end-to-end CRM architecture including integrations, data modelling, security, and system performance
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership to consultants, developers, and project teams
- Guide clients on Dynamics 365 roadmap planning, best practices, and adoption strategies
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution workshops, effort estimation, and proposal preparation
- Stay current with Microsoft technology updates and continuously develop the Dynamics 365 practice offering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with proven track record of delivering enterprise CRM solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and its integration with Dynamics 365
- Experience designing and overseeing system integrations with third-party applications and services (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, ERP systems)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Fluent German and strong English proficiency are both required
