• Strategy & Planning: You don’t just manage the status quo — you shape the future. You develop IT strategies for our German locations and implement them independently.
• Project Management: You lead the introduction of new software services and manage the entire process — from technical implementation to user training.
• Multi-OS Support: Whether Windows notebooks or Apple Macs — you ensure a high-performance client landscape (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Infrastructure & Network:
  
  You ensure connectivity across all locations (LAN, WiFi) and maintain local network components.
• M365 & Cloud: Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as integration of new cloud services.
• Global
  
  Collaboration:
  
  You act as an interface to Global IT, translating global requirements into local measures and coordinating 2nd/3rd level tickets.

• Background: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or vocational IT training (e.g., IT specialist).
• All-round
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent knowledge in administering both Windows 11 AND macOS. You feel at home in both environments.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience not only in executing but also in planning and evaluating IT concepts.
• Network Know-how: Solid understanding of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN).
• Organizational Talent: Experience in introducing new software solutions and in project management.
• Mobility: Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to our German locations.
• Languages: Very good English skills.
