For our European distribution center in Weil am Rhein we are looking for an IT Service Technician (m/f/x).
** Your Responsibilities
*** Procuring and setting up IT workstations
* Handling support requests via phone and ticket system
* Supporting the logistics IT and the retail stores
* Creating documentations, FAQs and brief manuals
* User / permission management
* Support in improving user services
* Assistance with the supervision of trainees in the IT department
* Configuration and maintenance of telephones, mobile phones, tablets and the telephone system
** Your Profile
*** Degree as IT specialist or equivalent degree
* 2-3 years of practical experience in providing IT-support and user help desk
* Service-oriented and strong communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Good knowledge of the MS Office environment
* Fluent in German, good or fluent in English (every further language is warmly welcomed)
