What you'll do
Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers, becoming their go-to advisor
Support Sales in all technical aspects of the sales lifecycle
Lead discovery calls and analyze customer needs, workflows, and technical environments
Propose tailored software solutions that solve customer challenges and create business value
Design and deliver product presentations and customized demos
Draft technical documentation, including solution proposals and functional designs
Collaborate with Solution Experts, Product Management, tender team, and other internal teams
Influence strategic deals by showcasing OverIT’s unique value proposition
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant in the B2B enterprise software market
Fluent German speaker, with excellent English communication skills
Experience engaging and persuading C-level stakeholders
Proven ability to design enterprise software solutions with a strategic, big-picture vision
Ability to manage complex RFPs/RFIs and orchestrate multi-stakeholder proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team collaboration mindset
Solid understanding of the SaaS business model
A straightforward and coherent communication style coupled with meticulous attention to detail
What’s nice to have
Proven track record in Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or APM software
Experience with energy & utilities industries
