** Ihre Rolle
*** First-level support:
Assisting users with IT questions and technical problems
* Ticket processing:
Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving requests via our ticket system
* Administration:
Administration of the server landscape, client infrastructure, and telephone system
* Printing service:
Management and support for printing solutions within the company
* User administration:
Management of access rights and accounts in our IT systems
* Monitoring:
Monitoring and analyzing IT systems for early error detection
* IT orders:
Procurement and management of hardware and software in cooperation with the purchasing department
* Co-design & further development:
Opportunity to develop further areas of focus and take on new areas of responsibility in consultation with the team
** Ihr Profil
*** Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
* Experience with telephone systems and printing services
* Basic knowledge of software distribution, patch management, group policy, and monitoring is a plus
* Experience in IT support or help desk is an advantage
* Structured and solution-oriented approach to work and enjoyment of direct contact with users
* Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of service orientation
* Responsible handling of sensitive data
