Salesforce Developer

My client is an established digital consulting firm and Salesforce Partner with over 20 years of expertise delivering tailored Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. As part of an international digital group, they combine innovation, strategic thinking, and deep platform knowledge to help organisations transform their business processes.

They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team across Germany, this role can be done in 100% remote capacity. This is a great opportunity for a consultant ready to take the next step toward a Senior‑level position while working on large, high‑impact projects.

You’ll act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology, ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value working across Salesforce multi clouds Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ/Revenue cloud. Also, you’ll design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions in collaboration with developers and administrators.

• Min 3-4 years' experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a comparable CRM‑focused role with multi cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its modules, and configuration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of CRM strategy and complex business process optimisation.
• Confident communication skills in both German (C1/C2 level) and English.
