The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for an SAP Application Management Specialist to join this global organization.

• Definition and review of the Application Management strategy.
• Design of new services, service components, and tools in the application management area.
• Innovation lead for the application management area.
• Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations.
• Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area.
• Partial or project management of customer or internal projects.
• Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area.

• Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualifications and/or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales of application management.
• Experience in managed IT/SAP Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management is an advantage.
• Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, as well as very strong communication skills.
• High degree of independence and flexibility, with strong customer orientation and persuasiveness.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Business fluency in German and English.
