Senior Key Account Manager

🏠 Remote across Germany, weekly client travel

5V Tech is partnered with a global provider of high-power EV charging technology, who is strengthening its senior commercial team in Germany to support long-term partnerships with major public charging operators.

This role is focused on owning and developing a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the German CPO landscape. You will act as the primary commercial interface for large, complex customers, supporting nationwide rollouts, framework agreements, and multi-year infrastructure programmes.

This position offers high autonomy, strong internal visibility, and the opportunity to shape long-term partnerships within one of Germany’s most active EV charging markets.

• Own and manage strategic relationships with large public charging operators and enterprise customers
• Develop long-term account plans to grow revenue, market share, and partnership depth
• Lead commercial negotiations across framework agreements, expansions, and repeat deployments
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders across procurement, operations, and leadership
• Align customer needs with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful execution
• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, funding schemes, and regulatory changes in Germany
• Support selective account expansion opportunities where additional sites, regions, or solutions can be introduced

• Proven experience managing strategic B2B accounts within EV charging, energy infrastructure, or power electronics
• Strong exposure to public DC charging deployments and CPO commercial models
• Track record of owning complex, high-value customer relationships over multiple years
• Comfortable operating at C-level and senior stakeholder level
• Commercially sharp, structured, and credible in long-cycle sales environments
• Fluent German and English
• Experience working within international, matrix-led organisations
