Our client—a global IT consultancy—is continuing to expand its Dynamics 365 practice in Germany and is hiring an experienced D365CE
Technical Architect to lead the technical delivery of large-scale CRM programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to architect, build, and optimise enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and Power Platform, working across multiple industry-leading client projects.

Location: Germany (hybrid with client site travel as required)

Position: Permanent, full-time

Language: Fluent German (required)

Focus: Technical Leadership | Solution Design | Architecture Governance

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead development efforts across integrations, extensions, plugins, and customisations using Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Guide development teams and support delivery from design through to deployment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and client-side stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering technical architecture for D365CE
  (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD, ALM, and Dev Ops for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to lead technical conversations.
• Fluent German is required for client-facing responsibilities.

Certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified:

Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate are highly desirable.
