Overview
Cyber Security – Identity & Access Management (IAM) L2 Associate
Work Location - Remote from Germany is allowed
Employment Contract ( on the payroll of Ubique Systems Germany)
Contract Duration - 6 months+
German Speakers needed
Required Skills & Experience- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations or support roles
- Good understanding of User Access Management (UAM) concepts
- Basic or Intermediate level of exposure to IAM Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Windows AD, UNIX, and/or z/OS
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, ARS)
- Basic awareness of automation or AI concepts is an advantage
- Strong attention & attitude to detail and documentation discipline & learning.
- Ability to follow defined processes and compliance requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multi‑vendor environments
English language skill (Intermediate and above)
