Product Trainer & Tech Support; Germany

About the Role
Our client is a technology-driven company delivering innovative hardware and software solutions for professional training environments. They are looking for aProduct Trainer & Technical Supportprofessional to support customers across Germany through on-site installations, hands-on trainings, and first-level technical support.

Core Responsibilities

• Performon-site product installationsand deliverin-person product trainingsat customer locations.
• Conducthands-on training sessions and workshopsfor groups of5–10 participants.
• Provide1st-level customer support, including basic troubleshooting, licensing, and configuration.
• Delivervirtual trainings, webinars, and remote support when required.
• Act as a trusted technical contact, maintainingstrong long-term customer relationships.
• Travel extensively across Germany.
• Visit the office forrepairs or technical interventionswhen needed.
• Support the company attrade fairs and industry events.
• Document installations, issues, and resolutions accurately.

Experience & Profile

• 2–5 years of experienceinproduct training, technical support, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Comfortable leadingon-site trainings, workshops, and presentations.
• Strongcommunication skills– the ability to explain technical concepts clearly is more important than deep technical expertise.
• Affinity fortechnical problem-solvingand hands-on work.
• Motivation to learn –full product training will be provided.
• Well-organized, reliable, andself-sufficient.
• Flexible mindset andwillingness to travel.
• Languages:Native German, very good English.

Nice to Have (not mandatory)

• Background inVR / AR technologies.
• Linux experience.
• Programming or generalIT / tech background.
• Experience working with hardware installations or technical training environments.
