Network Administrator; Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support and optimize network infrastructure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable network operations while providing hands-on technical support and performance improvements.

• 2+ years of experience in a Network Administrator or similar role
• Proven experience with network operations, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills to support and train end users
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

The Network Administrator will manage day-to-day network operations, ensure system security and uptime, and support users across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining reliable connectivity and supporting operational efficiency.

• Configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure
• Manage network security, access controls, and user permissions
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and performance issues
• Optimize network performance and reliability
• Provide technical support and user training as needed
• Maintain accurate network documentation and compliance records
• Support continuous improvement of network operations

• Fortinet Certified Associate (or higher)
• Arista ACE Level 2 (or higher)
• Experience with ArubaOS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
