Your Tasks:

• Design, develop and validate machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Define and implement data product E2E within assigned domains.
• Partner with domain teams to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solution designs.
• Ensure high technical and governance standards are adhered to in model and product development.
• Communicate actionable insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor model performance and re-train as necessary.
• Mentor and collaborate to help our diverse data community increase data literacy and apply modern AI augmented workflows.

Your Profile:

• Qualification:
  • Masters degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related field
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in data and analytics, preferably in a Data Scientist role
  • Business and Domain Knowledge:
    Familiarity with various business processes and domains
• Experience and Know-how:
  • Mathematical and statistical excellence: apply state of the art methodologies to build Data and ML / AI products
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and MS Fabric), data lakes and event-driven architectures.

    Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders with impactful data storytelling.
  • Data Governance:
    Ability to implement data governance into Data and ML / AI Products

Beneficial:Experience with IT Enterprise Architectures and UX concepts like Design Thinking;
Proven experience working in a decentralised data team setup (Data Mesh)
