Data Scientist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Design, develop and validate machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
- Define and implement data product E2E within assigned domains.
- Partner with domain teams to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solution designs.
- Ensure high technical and governance standards are adhered to in model and product development.
- Communicate actionable insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor model performance and re-train as necessary.
- Mentor and collaborate to help our diverse data community increase data literacy and apply modern AI augmented workflows.
Your Profile:
- Qualification:
- Masters degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in data and analytics, preferably in a Data Scientist role
- Business and Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with various business processes and domains
- Experience and Know-how:
- Mathematical and statistical excellence: apply state of the art methodologies to build Data and ML / AI products
- Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and MS Fabric), data lakes and event-driven architectures. - Transformative
Skills:
Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders with impactful data storytelling. - Data Governance:
Ability to implement data governance into Data and ML / AI Products
Beneficial:Experience with IT Enterprise Architectures and UX concepts like Design Thinking;
Proven experience working in a decentralised data team setup (Data Mesh)
