Data Annotation & Content Writing Specialist – AI Training

We are looking for detail-oriented and language-savvy professionals to support AI training through high-quality data annotation, content writing, and linguistic evaluation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with language, structured data, and written content, and who are interested in contributing to the development of AI and NLP systems. You will play a key role in improving model accuracy, clarity, and usability by creating, reviewing, and annotating language data.

Job Title: Data Annotation & Content Writing Specialist – AI Training

Experience Level: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (Linguistics, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate and label text, audio, or image data according to defined project guidelines.
• Create, rewrite, and edit content such as prompts, responses, summaries, or examples for AI training.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Identify and flag issues related to ambiguity, bias, factual errors, or inconsistencies in content.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure annotated and written data meets required standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and annotation schemas with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve annotation guidelines and content quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong written English skills with good grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed guidelines and workflows.
• Experience in data annotation, content writing, editing, or reviewing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI, NLP, or language models is a plus but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
