• Provide outstanding IT support to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
• Document customer inquiries and solutions accurately in our support database.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as required.
• Stay updated on product features and IT technologies to enhance the support experience.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in an IT support or technical support role is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
