To realize our vision of revolutionizing the offer for small and medium-sized companies, we are looking for dynamic and motivated people who want to become part of our team! As a Product Designer (m/f/x) you’ll be responsible to drive end-to-end product design, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business to turn user needs into feasible, impactful solutions.

• You collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, refine solutions, and deliver features efficiently.
• You design intuitive user journeys, interfaces, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and support iteration.
• You proactively identify and drive UX/UI improvements that increase usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• You contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistent, scalable, high-quality UI.
• You participate actively in agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, customer-first team culture by sharing work early and often.

• You have 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and storytelling skills.
• You are comfortable in designing A/B test variations and navigating ambiguity with clarity and ownership.
• You are proficient with industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma, Hotjar) and experienced in low- and high-fidelity prototyping. Nice-to-have:
  You have a passion for leveraging AI in your daily workflow.
• You use qualitative and quantitative data and have conducted or participated in user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• You bring a pragmatic, customer-centric mindset, communicate clearly, collaborate well in agile teams, and are eager to learn and move fast.
• You have communicative German language skills.
