We provide services in S/4 and SAP, Digital Innovation, Infrastructure, Security & Cloud, and Service Now.

Do you have experience with IT recruitment, specifically in SAP, and would you like to work in an IT&SAP company that belongs to reputable IT/SAP service providers? We are expanding our internal HR team in the Czech Republic. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys the IT world, likes to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges, and prefers to work in an informal environment.

• Participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
• Searching SAP experts for open SAP projects (end-clients are renowned European clients)
• Conducting phone/online and in-person interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German
• Updating and creating Job Description s and publishing them on social networks (Facebook, Linked In) and our website
• Placing advertisements for new job vacancies (job portals)
• Drawing up reports at regular intervals
• Being part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Proactively creating a network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic
• Active work with Linked In, Xing, freelancer portals, etc.
• Participation in career events

• Experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
• Education in HR or similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
• Established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on Linked In)
• Czech/Slovak - native;
  English – upper-intermediate (B2);
  German – an advantage
