We areseekinga strategic and experienced leader to join us as the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations. This individual will lead a marketing automation team responsible forleveragingour technology to execute impactful campaigns and drive operational excellence. This role owns the strategy and architecture of our demand generation and ABM technology ecosystem, centered around Hub Spot. This includes direct ownership of our ABM platform, intent data signals, lead scoring models, and reporting systems.
The ideal candidate is a player-coach with expert-level knowledge of Hub Spot, a passion for building an efficient marketing engine, and a proven ability to lead a team that turns strategy into flawless execution.

Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing automationteam responsible for campaign execution, marketing automation, and operational support.
- Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our Hub Spot-centric technology stack, ensuring it enables our ABM and demand generation goals.
- Act as a key strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership,providing expert guidance on automation capabilities, lead management processes, and data insights.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets for all owned marketing technology platforms.
Hub Spot Ecosystem & ABM Technology Management:
- Architect, manage, andoptimizethe technology stack supporting our demand generation and ABM efforts, with Hub Spot as its central platform.
- Serve as the primary system owner and in-house expert for Hub Spot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs), driving adoption and best practices across the organization.
- Own the selection, implementation, and management of tools that connect to Hub Spot, including our ABM platform, intent data providers, and data enrichment services.
- Manage the critical interface and data synchronization between Hub Spot, our connected platforms, and our CRM (Salesforce).
Marketing Activation & Operational Excellence:
- Guide the team in activating multi-channel campaigns using the tech stack, including email marketing,webinarprograms, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Oversee the design and execution of sophisticated automation programs to support the entire customer lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and sales handoffs.
